It's official. The
Slangs are off and running. Our website went live yesterday (www.theslangs.com)
and we are plowing through around five songs a week. The band hopes to be
gig ready by the first week in October. Even though the band has already
played one show and has another booked for mid September, we made special
exceptions for these. Please visit

sign up to receive updates about the band and shows. On a side note, I have received word that
Pete Yorn is in Omaha
recording new material and that he would like to release two
new albums in the next six months. Awesome!
